We are very excited to announce that Prof. Jessica Freiherr will give the 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 at our next Olfasense workshop for product – & material testing, 28-29 April 2026:

Prof. Dr. Jessica Freiherr is working in the field of sensory neuroscience at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and in sensory analytics at Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV.

Her research is directed at human olfactory behavior and brain activation during olfactory perception, especially in the interaction of the sense of smell with other senses. Within her studies she uses functional imaging methods such as EEG and fMRI. Her work contributes to a better understanding of the perception and cortical processing of olfactory stimuli.
