By combining historical research, digital humanities, and advanced sensory science, Odeuropa is opening up new perspectives on the role of smell in European culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Olfasense, we are delighted to have played a part in this groundbreaking initiative by supporting the project team with laboratory-based odour measurement and molecular analysis. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>What a great task it was, to analyse the extracted smell of the Rover P5B used by <strong>Queen Elizabeth II <\/strong>\u00a0in our GC-Sniffing laboratory.
