{"id":2755,"date":"2019-01-24T13:34:01","date_gmt":"2019-01-24T12:34:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.olfasense.com\/?p=2755"},"modified":"2021-01-19T10:20:59","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T09:20:59","slug":"olfasense-laboratories-successful-in-odour-emission-proficiency-test","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.olfasense.com\/de\/2019\/01\/olfasense-laboratories-successful-in-odour-emission-proficiency-test\/","title":{"rendered":"Olfasense laboratories successful in odour emission proficiency test"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"body field\">\n<p>The accredited Olfasense laboratories in Germany and the Netherlands participated in the odour emission proficiency test RV 511O organised by the <strong><a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hlnug.de\/themen\/luft\/emissionsueberwachung\/ringversuche\/proficiency-tests.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hessian Agency for Nature Conservation, Environment and Geology<\/a><\/strong> (Hessisches Landesamt f\u00fcr Naturschutz, Umwelt und Geologie). In this proficiency test, our sampling teams took samples at the emission simulation apparatus (ESA) in Hessen, where 4 different odour components (both single compounds and mixtures) were presented: n-butanol, organic solvent mixture (ETX), tetrahydrothiophene (THT) and artificial pigsty\u00a0mixture.<\/p>\n<p>The German team analysed the samples on site with the mobile laboratory (model <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olfasense.com\/odour-measurement-equipment\/instruments\/to8-evolution-olfactometer\/\">TO8 olfactometer<\/a>), the Dutch team analysed the samples in the permanent laboratory in Amsterdam (model <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olfasense.com\/odour-measurement-equipment\/#instrument_category-olfactometers\">TO evolution\u00a0olfactometer<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>We are proud to announce that both teams passed the test for all four substances.
